Tom has been the force behind the company’s success. Tom Slone has a record of leading unprecedented organizational growth. During his thirty years at Associates First Capital, Tom led the largest and most profitable division of the company which grew to more than $100 billion in managed assets.
Tom uses his vast experience and in depth knowledge to run Touchstone Communications and to provide the best service to help the success of his clients.
Shujaat joined the company in 2005 as a CSR. Shujaat has been in call centre industry for the past 11 years. He started his career in call centre industry in 2003 and promoted as a team lead in the same year he joined the company. Shujaat was then promoted to a Manager MIS and DB in 2009. Shujaat excelled in his role and was promoted as Director Business Intelligence in 2012.
Madiha joined Touchstone Communications at a very young age in 2003. She was hired as a Sales Representative and later moved to the Quality Assurance Department in 2005. She was selected as a Team Lead for Operations which allowed her to grow within the company. She managed many programs and her hard work and skills resulted in promotions to Senior Team Lead, Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. After a year of being a Senior Manager, she was promoted to Director in 2013.
